Danesco Incorporated was founded in 1963. The company originally imported and distributed Danish furniture and candles, but as the demand grew, they branched out to bring fine European housewares to the Canadian market. Danesco quickly captured and have maintained one of the top positions as distributors to the North American giftware/housewares market place.

Their product focus falls into four major product categories: quality cookware, giftware, specialty gourmet housewares and tableware. Other product lines include barware, cookware, coffee, tea and kitchen accessories, tabletop and tools and gadgets, all branded under the Danesco name.
